How do I know that you'll show up?
E & X Party Rentals is a reputable company who has been in the children's
entertainment business for a long time. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and
are dedicated to being the best inflatable bouncer rental company in the world.  We look
forward to servicing your party needs now and in the future.  E & X Party Rentals is
here to stay!

Does E & X Party Rentals have Liability Insurance?
Yes.  E & X Party Rentals is fully insured with a One Million Dollar Liability Insurance
policy.  

Are the inflatable bouncers clean?
Yes....absolutely.  All E & X Party Rentals units are thoroughly cleaned between each use.  
We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe
environment in which to play.  In addition to cleaning, also safety check and troubleshoot
all equipment before it goes out to another client.  This way, you are always guaranteed a
unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

What is your payment policy?
E & X Party Rentals accepts cash, business/company check or money orders for payment,
Credit cards are also acceptable.  The balance of payment for your rental is due prior to
the set-up of the equipment.  You may pay with company/business check, money order or
cash upon delivery of your items.  A $35 returned check fee will be applied to all
returned checks.

How do I receive a inflatable bouncer?
You may make your reservation by calling E & X Party Rentals at (323) 439-2222 or
(626) 230-0962 and speak with E & X Party Rentals representative.

What is your safety policy?
We walk you through safety rules prior to and after set-up of your equipment as well, we
provide you with a copy of safety guidelines as part of your rental contract.  Also, the
safety rules are written on the front of each unit.  We stress the importance of following
the safety guidelines.

Who is responsible for delivery and set up of the inflatable bouncer?
We deliver, set up and dismantle our inflatable's free of charge as part of our complete
service to you.

How long do you need to set up and take-down an inflatable bouncer?
Approximately 20 minutes, depending on the unit booked and access to the location.

When are your inflatable's available?
Our inflatable bouncers are available for hire seven days a week, all year round including
public holidays.

When do you deliver?
We deliver between 7:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. And during busy summer periods we
deliver on a geographical round basis.  However, we try to be flexible as possible so please
ask at the time of booking if you need a specific time slot.  We do of course give precise
times if the hire is booked for an indoor venue, such as in community centers, halls or if
the hire is for a school event or fund-raising event.

Can I rent an inflatable bouncer overnight?
Yes, all inflatable bouncers can be hired overnight for an additional price.  This only
applies to secure gardens, back yards or area that is fenced And locked up, the fence must
be at least 4 feet tall, And you must accept full responsibility for the inflatable And
equipment.  E & X Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the over night portion of
any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or
theft.

Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?
No.  In fact, E & X Party Rentals does not allow for this.  All of our drivers are trained as
professional installers and are certified by E & X Party Rentals to be the exclusive
installer of our equipment.  Where the safety of your children is concerned., it is always
best to leave it up to the professionals.  In addition to this, the liability insurance that we
carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.  

How early should I make my reservation?
During the summer months we are very busy, particularly at weekends And public
holidays, so you are advised o book early to avoid disappointment.  However,  we will
accept bookings as late as the same day, so it's always worth a phone call if you do make
a last minute decision.

How and when do I make a payment?
A deposit is not required to make a reservation...however you will be asked to complete a
credit card authorization form to hold your reservation you may do this over the phone.  
A 50%  fee of your reservation total will be charged for any cancellations made with in
the week or day of the event..

Does the inflatable have to be set up on grass only?
No, Although it is preferable to anchor the inflatable bouncers into a grass lawn,
inflatable bouncers can be set up on concrete surfaces.  Inflatable's bouncers can not be set
up on stony or rocky surfaces.  

Do you deliver to parks?
Yes. Please review requirements for park events.

How much room do you need to bring the inflatable bouncer in?
A standard walk through gate is fine.  We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a
standard hand truck (dolly).  If a person can walk through, we can fit the bounce through
too!

What are your hours of operation?
Our Central Booking Office is available from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week.

Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes. All of them.

What happens if rental item malfunctions?
If rental item malfunctions during usage, client must call E & X Party Rentals office
immediately.  If immediate notification is not made, refunds will not be considered.
